Auto-fix preferences

The auto-fix engine can silently resolve common issues during migration. Enable the fixes you want applied automatically.

Auto-generate missing SKUs Products without SKUs will receive an auto-generated identifier based on the product ID. Auto-map product types Source product types (virtual, grouped) will be mapped to the closest BigCommerce equivalent. Auto-sanitize HTML Strip unsafe HTML tags and shortcodes from product descriptions and reviews. Auto-fix order totals Recalculate order totals from line items to fix known source-platform rounding issues.

Notification preferences

Choose which events should trigger an email notification to the store admin.

Email on completion Receive an email when the migration finishes successfully. Email on error Receive an email if the migration encounters errors that need attention. Email on pause Receive an email if the migration is paused due to rate limits or connectivity issues.
